Dr. Huolin Huang, is currently a full professor with the School of Optoelectronic Engineering and Instrument Science, Dalian University of Technology. He was engaged in the research of GaN power electronic devices in the Department of Electrical Engineering (ECE) of the National University of Singapore (NUS) from August 2011 to October 2014. And then he joined the Dalian University of Technology where he currently serves as the director of the power device laboratory. He has published more than 50 academic papers in the international journals and conferences such as IEEE Electron Device Letters, IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices, IEEE Transactions on Power Electronics and so on, and also applied for or authorized more than 30 Chinese/US patents in the past 5 years. Now he serves as a Senior Member of the Chinese Electronics Society and a Topical Editor of the Micromachines Journal. His research interests include the fabrication and reliability technique of GaN-based power devices and sensors.

黄火林， 现任大连理工大学光电工程与仪器科学学院教授、博导，入选大连市高层次人才计划。2011年8月至2014年10月在新加坡国立大学（NUS）电机工程系（ECE）从事新一代GaN材料功率电子器件研制工作，负责攻关《高压高功率氮化镓材料功率电子器件技术研发》重大项目。2014年12月被引进大连理工大学，主要从事GaN功率电子器件设计与制造以及新型GaN基光电磁传感器集成技术研究方向，目前作为大连理工大学氮化镓功率器件团队负责人（包括4位高级职称和1位中级职称专职教师）。在GaN电子器件技术方向，已在IEEE Electron Device Letters、IEEE Transactions on Power Electronics等领域著名期刊和重要国际会议上发表学术论文超过五十篇，已经申请或授权国际、国内发明专利近三十项（第一发明人、近五年）；近五年主持国家级、省部级纵向和横向各级项目或课题15项；担任国家基金委项目、教育部博士后基金、博士学位中心以及省级人才项目（会评）评审专家。
